Head Lice: Changing School Policies-An Evidence-Based Primer
Don't we know everything about head lice? Surprisingly, no. This highly regarded presentation explores the latest research on transmission and management of pediculosis. Most importantly, participants will be provided with evidence-based examples of how to advocate for changing lice policy in schools and why such change is necessary. Content will include guidelines for successful change and techniques for dealing with school staff and parent resistance.
