Teaching Staff About Anaphylaxis
All states now allow, and many require, school staff instruction regarding anaphylaxis. School nurses are the most appropriate person to provide this instruction. Acquire sample tools for your staff education including a PowerPoint presentation, current research regarding anaphylaxis and audiovisual and hands-on activities to promote learning among your staff.

She lobbied for and worked to implement Nevada’s stock epinephrine and food allergy education law and created the staff training program used by most rural communities in Nevada.
